Welcome!

My business, holding space together, is closed, as I’ve now entered the next iteration of my career as a psychotherapist at Frog Point Therapy in Washington, DC. As a psychotherapist, my specialties are trauma (including recovery from sexual and/or emotional abuse), grief (especially traumatic grief), and chronic illness/disability/ableism. I work from a trauma-informed, humanistic and Disability Justice lens. If you are interested in connecting about therapy, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The years I’ve spent providing bodywork, Disability Justice-centered care work and end-of-life care and accompaniment have been dear to me. Even more, my gratitude for my clients of the past 15 years is boundless. I’m always rooting for you, dear ones—wherever you are. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your path.

With warmth, and in solidarity,

Sarah Hoops (she/her/hers)
